Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests. Support food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety standards. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth restaurant operations. Stay knowledgeable about menu items, including wine selections, to enhance guest experience. You will work directly with the chefs to ensure a smooth flow of food and timing of food to your tables. You will report to your server and help them ensure a 5-Star guest experience for all the tables you interact with.
