Duties Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus, taking time to explain specials and answer any questions. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all requests are met. Deliver food and drinks promptly while maintaining attention to detail. Manage guest relations by addressing any concerns or complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Utilize basic math skills for processing orders and handling cash register transactions. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Qualifications Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred. Strong guest relations skills with an emphasis on providing exceptional service. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Excellent time management abilities to efficiently serve multiple tables. Experience in a nightclub or similar fast-paced environment is a plus. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
