Supports waitstaff in welcoming guests and promptly attending to tables Assists host staff to arrange tables for large parties Serves food and beverages to guests making sure to communicate guest requests or issues to waitstaff or bartender Keeps an eye on tables and alert waitstaff if guests need drink refills Assists waitstaff and other team members with pre-bussing and tidying of tables between courses Collaborates with waitstaff, hosts, and bartenders to ensure that tables are cleared, cleaned and set for the next party Ensures all operational materials such as glassware, silverware, to-go boxes, etc. are well stocked throughout shift Completes opening and closing side worksheets assigned by management for each shift Provides for a safe work environment by following all safety and security procedures and rules

Understand and follow detailed instructions Provide a professional appearance and manner including dress, conduct, speech, and attitude Demonstrate satisfactory knowledge of the menu, specials of the day, and special promotions Memorize floorplan and seat numbers Talk to different kinds of people to give information, answer questions, and provide the utmost quality service Maintain a clean and neat work area Stand or walk for extended periods of time Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
Education:
