As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our patrons by delivering outstanding food and beverage service. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated. Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems or OpenTable. Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials, to assist guests in their selections. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our high standards. Process payments efficiently using cash registers and handle cash transactions responsibly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance their overall experience. Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining excellent customer service. Qualifications Previous experience in a server role within a nightclub or restaurant setting is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations is advantageous. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
