Duties Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take accurate orders and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction. Adhere to food safety guidelines and maintain high standards of hygiene. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours. Utilize Aloha POS and OpenTable systems for order processing and table management. Stay informed about daily specials, menu changes, and culinary offerings. Experience Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is preferred. Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively. Excellent guest relations skills, demonstrating a commitment to customer service. Familiarity with food safety practices is essential. Experience with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
