As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, strong guest relations skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented atmosphere. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take accurate orders using the Aloha POS system and relay them to the kitchen staff. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments. Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure the highest standards of hygiene. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours. Process payments accurately while providing excellent guest services. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Strong math skills for handling transactions and managing bills accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is a plus. Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
