The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their meals promptly and that the dining experience is seamless. This position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a passion for food service. Responsibilities Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately. Assist servers by ensuring that all necessary items are available for each table, including utensils, condiments, and napkins. Help maintain cleanliness in the dining area by bussing tables and clearing away used dishes promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and presentation of food items. Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our guests. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests in a friendly manner. Assist with setting up banquet events as needed, ensuring all food service areas are well-stocked and organized.
