Required Skills and Abilities:
Previous restaurant serving experience required Ability to communicate in English, both verbal and written Flexible availability to work holidays and weekends and at least two (2) to three (3) PM shifts a week Current Alcohol Beverage Control and Food Handlers certification required Ability to stand/walk on feet for at least 8 hours and work in a fast pace environment Able to carry at least 15 pounds
Job Description:
Take food and beverage orders in a polite and friendly manner from guests for in room dining. Quality check food order and ensure presentation is flawless prior to delivery to guest. Set up dining tray with food, beverages and dining ware and quickly deliver to guests in a hospitable manner. Conduct multiple floor sweeps through shift and retrieve all food and beverage trays. Listen and respond to customer needs, issues, comments and problems and take initiative to resolve.
