Full Job Description Responsibilities:

Greet guests promptly with a warm, friendly attitude Present menus and explain dishes, especially hotpot options and BBQ combinations Take accurate food and drink orders using POS system Monitor tables and provide timely service throughout the meal Make recommendations and upsell sides, drinks, and desserts Coordinate with kitchen and back-of-house to ensure orders are accurate and timely Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently Handle guest complaints gracefully and professionally Maintain cleanliness of dining area, restocking as needed Follow all food safety and hygiene standards Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned ✅

Requirements:

Previous restaurant server or hospitality experience preferred (but not required—we train!) Great communication skills and a team-first attitude Ability to stay calm under pressure during busy hours Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods Must be available on weekends and holidays Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Knowledge of Asian cuisine or hotpot/BBQ a plus!
