From duckpin bowling and axe throwing to karaoke, darts, virtual golf, and live music, we’re the ultimate destination for guests to eat, play, and make memories. We are currently hiring Servers to join our team and provide exceptional service while creating a fun and engaging experience for our guests! What You’ll Do As a Server at Field Day, you’ll be responsible for delivering friendly, high-quality service to guests across our venue. You’ll take orders, deliver food and drinks, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile on their face — whether they’re here for a casual meal, a round of drinks, or to celebrate with friends during an event.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, positive attitude Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner Be knowledgeable about the menu, drinks, and Field Day’s offerings Knowledge of games and how to educate customers on them. Upsell food, drinks, and promotions to enhance guest experience Keep tables clean, organized, and ready for new guests Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and other FOH staff to ensure smooth service Handle cash, credit card payments, and manage guest tabs Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest complaints with care Support large events, private parties, and live entertainment nights What We’re Looking For Previous server experience (restaurant, bar, or entertainment venue experience preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude Excellent multitasking skills and attention to detail Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to carry multiple trays and navigate through busy areas Team player with a “guest-first” mindset Must be 21 years of age or older
