As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring efficient service and adherence to food safety standards. Duties Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, providing menus and answering any initial questions. Take accurate food and drink orders using the Aloha POS system, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff. Deliver food and beverages promptly, checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their dining experience. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, maintaining basic math skills for processing payments. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Adhere to food handling and safety regulations during food preparation and service. Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operations during busy periods, demonstrating strong teamwork skills. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly, providing excellent customer service at all times. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred but not mandatory. Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
