In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing excellent customer service while efficiently handling transactions. You will work in a dynamic environment, ensuring that customers have a positive dining experience from start to finish. Duties Greet and assist customers with their orders in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the Aloha POS system. Process cash and credit transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling and register operations. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages. Provide assistance to customers with inquiries or concerns, demonstrating excellent time management skills. Perform basic retail math to handle transactions and provide change accurately. Experience Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant or grocery store is preferred but not required. Familiarity with cash registers and cash handling procedures is essential. Experience in sales or customer service roles will be beneficial for this position. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of bussing procedures and maintaining cleanliness standards is a plus.
