Server/FOH Lead Catch 25 Seafood & Brewery 220 Holmes Avenue NE, Huntsville, AL 35801 Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Front of House Team Leader to join our dynamic team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and possess strong leadership skills. As a Front of House Team Leader, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring that our guests receive the highest quality dining experience in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise in food service and hospitality will be crucial in guiding our front-of-house staff and maintaining our standards of excellence. Responsibilities Lead and manage the front of house team, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional customer service. Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding dining experiences. Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure compliance with food safety standards. Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest interactions to optimize flow and satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food offerings. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and care. Assist in planning and executing special events or banquets as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area. Requirements Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, preferably in a leadership position. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations. Experience in fine dining or banquet settings is highly desirable. Familiarity with restaurant operations, including bartending skills is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
