Job Summary:

We are an Asian fusion focused more on Malaysian style cusine, we are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, ensuring food safety, and delivering exceptional service. Duties:

• Greet guests upon arrival and take drink orders.
• Handle food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Use POS to manage orders, manage tables, and provide excellent service.
• Ensure food safety by following proper food handling and preparation procedures.
• Provide exceptional guest services, including answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, floors, and restrooms.
• Assist with food service, including delivering food and drinks to guests.
• Help with the setup and breakdown of the dining area, as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service, including responding promptly to guest inquiries and addressing any concerns.

Qualifications:

• Experience in food service, preferably in a fine dining or upscale casual setting.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality and guest relations.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale system.
• Excellent math skills to ensure accurate orders and transactions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and preparation procedures.
• Culinary experience, such as working in a kitchen or restaurant, is a plus.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
