In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our residents receive nutritious and appetizing meals while adhering to dietary restrictions and preferences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and a commitment to providing excellent customer service in a kitchen environment. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and serving of meals according to dietary guidelines and resident preferences. Buss tables and ensure dining areas are clean and organized. Support the culinary team with food preparation tasks, including chopping, mixing, and assembling dishes. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas. Help with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with residents during meal times and addressing any concerns or requests. Follow safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe dining experience for all. Skills Experience in the food industry or culinary field is preferred. Familiarity with dietary department operations is a plus. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
