Full Job Description Job Overview:

The server shall deliver food orders, serve alcoholic and non- alcoholic beverages to customers. The Server will take orders and serve additional food and beverage items if desired by the guests seated. Work with other F&B employees for special functions and pre-arranged parties.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Must be able to handle cash and make change when needed
• Effectively learn and operate the POS system, insure accurate server reports, credit card receipts, comps and cash are turned in at the end of shift
• Report to work station as scheduled in proper uniform and ready to work Complete all side-work as directed by supervisor Keep work station and Server area neat, clean and free of safety hazards Greet guests in a friendly professional manner
• Maintain complete knowledge of menu items, specials, liquor brands, beers, non-alcoholic beverages, products, services, hours of operation and poker information Take drink orders using suggestive-selling and up-selling techniques Serve drinks quickly and efficiently in the proper glass with the proper garnish
• Inform guests of daily specials, soup of the day, and make menu suggestions Check back with guest with-in two minutes to ensure they are enjoying their meal, and determine if they have any other needs Pre-bus table as needed, ensure beverage glasses are always full Offer dessert and coffee using suggestive selling techniques Clear tables upon guest departure and reset according to standards in a timely manner • Clean and re-stock dining area before leaving • Other duties & responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• A minimum of one year related experience in food or beverage is required
• Must have a Florida D.B.P.R. Professional Gaming License (or the ability to obtain and maintain a license) as a requirement for this position
• Must possess a high level of maturity, dependability, and punctuality
• Must pass Safe Staff Food handlers and TIPS Training within 3 months of hire Able to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees Must be able to perform basic mathematical calculations Must have willingness and ability to work in a high noise environment
• Must have the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Must have the ability to lift and carry up to 80 lbs
• Must have basic computer skills
