The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and sanitized environment. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Assist in sanitizing tables, utensils, and other dining areas to maintain cleanliness. Help with food handling processes, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Process cash handling transactions accurately while maintaining accountability. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of orders. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to effectively assist guests. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry or as a Server is preferred but not required. Strong understanding of food safety practices and sanitation standards. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with guests effectively. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while multitasking. Familiarity with nightclub settings is a plus but not mandatory.
