The ideal candidate will have experience in both fine dining and nightclub settings, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and a passion for the culinary arts. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring that all food safety and restaurant standards are met. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and friendly demeanor. Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages while maintaining high standards of service. Manage multiple tables efficiently, demonstrating excellent time management skills. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments. Adhere to food safety regulations during food preparation and service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and address any guest concerns promptly. Requirements Previous experience as a Server in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to ensure compliance with health regulations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Culinary knowledge or experience in food preparation is a plus. Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the business needs.
