As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all customers receive top-notch hospitality. Your ability to manage time effectively and provide excellent customer service will be key to your success in this role. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using the OpenTable system. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Assist with food preparation as needed to ensure timely service. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and potential allergens. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Provide recommendations to guests based on their preferences to enhance their dining experience. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables and service stations. Adhere to food safety guidelines and maintain high standards of hygiene throughout the service process. Requirements Previous experience in a server or hospitality role is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others. Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Familiarity with food safety practices is highly desirable. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
