The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to thrive in a busy setting. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing an outstanding dining experience for our guests while ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. Duties Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems, including OpenTable. Serve food and drinks to guests, ensuring timely delivery and presentation. Handle cash register transactions and process payments efficiently. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to answer guest inquiries effectively. Assist with food preparation as needed during peak hours. Ensure cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction. Manage time effectively to balance multiple tables and guest requests simultaneously. Provide exceptional guest services by anticipating needs and addressing concerns promptly. Qualifications Previous experience in a server role within the hospitality industry is preferred, particularly in a nightclub setting. Proficiency in using POS systems; familiarity with OpenTable is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create memorable experiences for guests. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is beneficial but not required.
