In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services during various events and functions. As a Banquet Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience while upholding the highest standards of food safety and service excellence. Duties Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including table arrangements and decorations. Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner. Assist with the preparation and presentation of food items, ensuring adherence to food safety standards. Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, providing assistance as needed to enhance their experience. Clear tables and maintain cleanliness throughout the event space during and after service. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during events. Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and service. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or banquet settings is preferred. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential. Strong guest service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
