Server/Host/Busser Table on 6th 409 SE 6th Street, Bentonville, AR 72712 Overview We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Host/Server to join our team in providing exceptional guest experiences. Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials and promotions. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the Aloha POS system. Deliver orders promptly while ensuring accuracy and presentation standards. Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests, maintaining high levels of guest services. Monitor tables for guest satisfaction and address any issues promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area throughout service hours. Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, providing information about menu items and reservations. Experience Previous experience in food service or customer service roles is preferred but not required. Familiarity with restaurant operations, including knowledge of POS systems. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
