Full Job Description Job Title:

Restaurant Expeditor (Expo)

Schedule:

Weekdays:

3:00 PM•9:30

PM Weekends:

3:00 PM•10:30 PM Must be available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Preferably available 5-6 days per week

Pay:

Training Period:

$14/hour

After Training:

$15/hour Keep 100% of cash tips Receive 50% of to-go credit card tips

Responsibilities:

Coordinate food orders between the kitchen and servers to ensure timely and accurate delivery Buss tables and maintain dining area cleanliness Run food to tables and assist servers during busy hours Handle cashier duties for dine-in and to-go orders Answer phone calls to take reservations and to-go orders Support kitchen staff and servers to maintain smooth operations Monitor food quality and presentation before orders leave the kitchen

Requirements:

Must be reliable and available to work weekends (Fri-Sun) Prefer someone who can work at least 5 days per week (6 days is a plus) Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Willingness to assist in multiple areas including bussing, food running, and cashier tasks If you are energetic, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a collaborative restaurant environment, we would love to have you on our team.
