PM Compensation:

Base Pay:

$3/hour + tips Keep 100% of cash tips Credit card tips: 18% withheld (15% shared with expo/front staff + 3% credit transaction fee) Average total earnings: $20•30/hour (varies depending on business level and individual performance)

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced, fine dining environment. You will play a key role in creating an outstanding guest experience while working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team.

Duties:

Greet and seat guests with a friendly and professional attitude Present menus and answer questions about food and beverages Take orders accurately using POS systems (OpenTable experience is a plus) Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation standards Buss tables quickly and maintain cleanliness of the dining area Assist with food running and support the expo when needed Perform basic hosting duties, including managing reservations and seating flow Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and handle guest concerns Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales

Requirements:

Must be available Monday-Friday, 10:30 AM•4:00 PM Ability to occasionally work Sunday evening shifts (4:00 PM•9:30 PM) Previous experience in restaurants or hospitality preferred (fine dining a plus) Familiarity with POS systems; OpenTable experience is beneficial Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment Willingness to buss, run food, host, and assist expo when required Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical serving duties Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and strong work ethic If you thrive in a dynamic restaurant setting and want to earn competitive tips while providing exceptional service, we would love to have you on our team.
