Server Bennett’s Sherwood, AR 72120 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all customers receive outstanding hospitality throughout their visit. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system. Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, to assist guests in making informed choices. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring proper presentation according to restaurant standards. Buss tables efficiently to maintain cleanliness and readiness for new guests. Sanitate work areas and adhere to food safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their meal. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain communication throughout service. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create memorable dining experiences. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service.
