• Key Responsibilities:

• ::: {role=”presentation”} Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations ::
• ::: {role=”presentation”} Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar ::
• ::: {role=”presentation”} Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner ::
• ::: {role=”presentation”} Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction ::
• ::: {role=”presentation”} Provide attentive and efficient service to all guests ::
• ::: {role=”presentation”} Process guest payments accurately using POS system ::
• ::: {role=”presentation”} Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas ::
• ::: {role=”presentation”} Adhere to all health and safety regulations ::
• ::: {role=”presentation”} Assist in setting and resetting tables for service ::
• ::: {role=”presentation”} Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth food and drink delivery ::
• ::: {role=”presentation”} Handle customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and escalate when necessary ::
• ::: {role=”presentation”} Participate in opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned ::

• Qualifications:

• ::: {role=”presentation”} Previous experience as a server preferred but not required ::
• ::: {role=”presentation”} Excellent interpersonal and communication skills ::
• ::: {role=”presentation”} Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure ::
• ::: {role=”presentation”} Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills ::
• ::: {role=”presentation”} Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented ::
• ::: {role=”presentation”} Must be at least 18 years old ::
• ::: {role=”presentation”} Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays up to 25 lbs ::
