The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and accurately, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. Responsibilities Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately. Assist servers by ensuring that all necessary items are available for each table. Buss tables promptly to maintain cleanliness and readiness for new guests. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to coordinate order timing and special requests. Help maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the kitchen and dining area. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs promptly. Support catering events as needed, ensuring all food is presented beautifully and served timely. Qualifications Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred, including roles in restaurants, hotels, or catering services. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and a willingness to help others, fostering teamwork within the kitchen and front-of-house staff. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays of food or drinks as needed. Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
