Take accurate food and drink orders from customers. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality standards. Assist with menu recommendations and answer any questions regarding the menu. Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Provide exceptional guest services to enhance the overall dining experience. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role preferred. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations is essential.
