The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest relations and ensuring a memorable dining experience. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and assisting with various tasks in the dining areas. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel valued and attended to. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system. Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation. Maintain cleanliness in the dining areas, including sanitizing tables, utensils, and equipment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns regarding their meals. Provide recommendations on menu items based on guest preferences and dietary restrictions. Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining a balanced cash drawer at the end of shifts. Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of menu offerings and improve sales techniques. Experience Previous experience in the food industry or as a Server is preferred but not required; we welcome candidates eager to learn. Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on guest relations; ability to engage positively with diverse clientele. Experience using POS systems is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in a nightclub or similar environment is preferred.
