As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences through outstanding service and hospitality. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience. Duties Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Aloha POS system. Provide recommendations for menu items and upsell specials to enhance guest satisfaction. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring proper presentation and sanitation standards are met. Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations by bussing tables as needed. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with a focus on guest relations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation practices. Qualifications Previous experience in a server or hospitality role is preferred but not required. Strong guest services skills with an emphasis on hospitality and guest relations. Basic math skills to accurately process orders and handle payments. Familiarity with culinary terminology and menu items is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
