Bank & Bridge is seeking a highly experienced and service-driven Server with a minimum of 8 years of front-of-house experience in full-service restaurants. The ideal candidate has a professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for hospitality. This individual will play a key role in ensuring an exceptional guest experience from start to finish by providing knowledgeable, attentive, and seamless service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and serve guests with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency. Guide guests through the menu with detailed knowledge of food, beverages, and daily specials. Communicate clearly with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and timely service. Manage multiple tables with grace, accuracy, and attention to detail. Follow all steps of service and maintain table etiquette standards throughout each shift. Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and care. Support team members as needed and contribute to a positive and productive work environment. Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the dining room. Stay current with menu changes, seasonal offerings, and promotions.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 8 years of serving experience in full-service higher end restaurants. Strong food and beverage knowledge, including wine and cocktail basics. Professional appearance and polished communication skills. Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure. Experience with POS systems and table service procedures. Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays. Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Preferred Traits:

Leadership qualities and experience training or mentoring other team members. Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences. Familiarity with a wide range of service styles, from casual upscale to high-volume.
