Job Description

Experienced Server Basso Restaurant & Wine Bar 33 Jesup Rd, Westport, CT 06880 If you are a professional, reliable, charismatic and experienced server, then you belong in our team! Competitive compensation, flexible hours, 401K, employee discount and formidable opportunities for growth if you are passionate about hospitality. Must be legally authorized to work in the US. This is a part-time opportunity that may transition into full-time. You must have Friday and Saturday evening availability. We are open from Monday to Sunday. Located in Westport, CT.

Requirements:

You MUST have at least three years of experience in a well-respected fine dining restaurant. Reliability a must and a true desire to find a great job opportunity. Holidays and weekend availability required. Great communication skills and a fluid English speaker. Neat, warm, friendly, confident, and with great attitude. Must be able to work in a very fast paced environment, under pressure, multitasking, with a smile. Wine/spirits knowledge preferred. Great disposition and willingness to be coached. Ability to work well with other team members, strong desire to be part of a team.
