As a Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and accurately, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. This position requires strong communication skills and a commitment to food safety and guest services. Responsibilities Deliver food from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately. Pack to-go order accurately and adequately. Ensure that all orders are complete and presented beautifully before serving to guests. Assist servers in providing excellent guest services by responding to requests promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation. Adhere to food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures. Collaborate with team members to enhance overall restaurant operations. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required. Strong guest service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Knowledge of food handling practices and culinary basics is advantageous. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
