If you’re a driven individual with a passion for warm hospitality and a fast paced environment, welcome home! Candidates should have at least 2 years NYC high volume service experience and the ability to raise our already high standards of quality and guest satisfaction. Candidates should have knowledge of artisanal beers and a craft cocktail background (working with fresh ingredients). Our servers are trained to meet the following expectations: Works to orchestrate a “Jacob’s Pickles” experience-premium yet comfortable and charming. Our servers should have a strong repertoire of classic and modern cocktails, focused awareness on craft beer, and knowledge of the freshest food ingredients. Assist our guests to understand and explore the menu to discover new and exciting food and drink options. Great approach with our guests; must go above and beyond to make sure our guests leave with a smile. A master of the menu-knows it inside and out, so to pair the right beers/drinks with food. Big plus being certified in Cicerone, NY Health Department, and T.I.P.S. Precisely organizing, preparing a neat work area, with ease of execution. Following and complying NYCHD and company sanitation standards. Properly following cash & credit card handling procedures utilizing Toast and company standards. Great multi-tasker, and excellence in listening and communication.

Dress code-wears uniform as prescribed:

aprons, Jacob’s t-shirt and dark blue jeans, black socks and comfortable but professional black footwear Maintain a safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility Flexible schedule and available to work weekends and holidays INDFOH
