The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring they have a memorable experience. As a Beverage Server, you will be responsible for serving drinks and beverages in a variety of settings, including restaurants, catering events, and fine dining establishments. Your ability to deliver outstanding customer service while adhering to food safety and handling standards will be key to your success in this role. Duties Greet guests promptly and courteously as they arrive at the beverage service area. Take beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all requests are met with attention to detail. Serve drinks and beverages in accordance with established service standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage station, ensuring all supplies are stocked and readily available. Assist with food preparation as needed, following food safety guidelines at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other servers to ensure smooth service during events or busy periods. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for guest satisfaction at all times. Adhere to all health and safety regulations related to food handling and service. Skills Previous experience in restaurant or catering environments is preferred. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated when necessary.
