Job Expectation:

A Breakfast Attendant job is aiding in food & beverage areas including busing, cleaning, resetting tables, and delivering food to guests. This position will be located in a hotel setting.

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

Prepare excellent food and beverage products for our guests. Be proactive to the needs of our guests by suggestive selling Food and Beverage. Assist in food prep for special events/ banquets. Follows property control audit standards and cash handling procedures. Taking accurate orders and partnering with team members to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed guests’ expectations. Providing friendly and attentive service that makes guests feel well taken care of and builds their intent to return Complete restaurant opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools. Cleaning all equipment areas, locking equipment doors, etc. Set up stock and maintain work areas. Take orders from customers, input orders in micros, and obtain payment Prepare food, coffee and other beverages, including alcohol Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures.

Education & Experience :

High School diploma or GED preferred. No prior experience is required but is preferred.

Physical requirements:

Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift. Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats (e. g., small print). Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. 430AM-1230PM 5AM-1PM
