FOH staff Kings Duck Bar & Grill Merritt Island, FL 32953 Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring exceptional service throughout their experience. The ideal candidates will possess a passion for the food industry and thrive in fast-paced environments, such as restaurants. Duties Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and drinks to customers while ensuring high standards of presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including dining tables and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately, utilizing retail math skills as needed. Assist with setting up and breaking down banquet events or special functions. Adhere to food handling safety regulations to ensure guest safety and satisfaction. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry, is preferred but NOT required. Knowledge of food handling practices is essential, an active ServeSafe is a plus but NOT required 6 months bartending experience is

REQUIRED

for all bartender applicants. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting. Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the business needs. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
