GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

Must be an effective and efficient assistant Carrying dinner plates from the galley to restaurant, up and down stairs Helps facilitate those food orders and ensure customers are satisfied with their meals. Must be able to communicate with customers and relay any updates or needs they may have to the galley and food servers staff.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Must be able to multitask in order to ensure customers get their orders promptly. Must have to possess a high degree of organizational skills to easily locate tables to fulfill everyone’s food orders. Must be able to carry dinner plates from galley to the restaurant. Must guarantee the highest standard of food quality by maintaining a clean, sanitary and safe work environment for you and your fellow employees Must maintain equipment and report immediately to F&B Manager and/or Supervisor when something is broken Must have good personal hygiene Must respect all fellow employees and guests Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. The use of personal items including, but not limited to, books, any form of electronic device and/or cell phone is prohibited. These items are permitted to be used in the employee area during the employees allotted break time. Some exceptions may apply. See manager or supervisor for approval.

Must go up and down stairs all day, carrying dinner plates. Must be 16 years of age or older Ability to communicate to managers/supervisor and other prep cooks Must have good personal hygiene Must respect all fellow employees and guests Must be able to stand for several hours at a time Must have high school diploma or equivalent Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
