The ideal candidate will possess strong guest relations skills and have a passion for delivering outstanding service. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests feel welcomed and attended to throughout their dining experience. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take accurate orders using the POS system, ensuring all guest requests are noted. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or special requests. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Adhere to food safety standards during food preparation and service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Qualifications Previous experience in guest services or fine dining preferred. Strong guest relations skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere. Proficiency in using POS systems for order entry and payment processing. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tips accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential. General knowledge regarding beer, wine and liquor. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service..
