Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Server or Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks to customers, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Duties:

• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when necessary
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Check customers’ identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
• Monitor alcohol intake of customers to prevent overconsumption
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a positive dining experience

Skills:

• Proficiency in food safety practices
• Experience in cash handling and operating a cash register
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with patrons
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Knowledge of the food industry, restaurant operations, and retail math
