In this role, you will be essential in delivering outstanding dining experiences to our customers while showcasing your passion for Italian cuisine. This position is located in a vibrant restaurant environment. Responsibilities Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner. Take customer orders accurately and provide menu recommendations. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register efficiently. Assist with food preparation and bussing as needed. Provide excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or food service role preferred. Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately. Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus but not required. Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
