The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences and demonstrate strong time management skills. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our restaurant. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Provide detailed menu descriptions, including daily specials, to enhance the dining experience. Upsell menu items to maximize sales while maintaining a focus on guest satisfaction. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards. Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and quality control. Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the food industry. Experience Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and basic math skills for handling transactions. Excellent guest relations skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere. Proven time management abilities to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with restaurant management software such as OpenTable is a plus but not required.
