The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of the food industry, particularly in fine dining settings. As a Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor. Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences. Accurately input orders into the POS system, ensuring timely communication with the kitchen staff. Serve food and beverages to guests while maintaining high standards of presentation and service. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments. Adhere to food safety regulations and ensure compliance with health standards at all times. Assist in training new staff members on service protocols and menu knowledge as needed. Skills Strong knowledge of culinary practices and food safety regulations. Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in fine dining environments is preferred. Proficiency in using POS systems; familiarity with OpenTable is a plus. Excellent math skills for handling transactions accurately. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with guests. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
