Responsibilities:

• Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction
• Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations
• Upsell additional items or specials to increase sales
• Process payments and handle cash transactions
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely delivery
• Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and work stations

Experience:

• Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality industry preferred
• Knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation and safety standards
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
• Familiarity with POS systems for order taking and payment processing
• Proven sales skills to effectively upsell menu items and increase revenue
• Ability to bus tables efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized dining area
• Excellent interpersonal skills for positive guest relations
• Familiarity with reservation platforms such as OpenTable is a plus
