About the role
The Banquet Server offers pre-etermine menu selections to guests an elivers items to the guest in a timely manner. The Banquet Server also assists with set-up, breakown, an clearing of items accoring to the banquet event orer.
What you will o

• Offer pre-etermine menu selections to each table; maintain knowlege s of each item’s, origin, taste, an preparation methos;
• Communicate guest orers incluing any special nees or requests; check complete orers with guest’s original orer.
• Coorinate foo timings. Transport items to the guest table in a timely manner to ensure proper foo quality.
• Anticipate guest nees, ascertain satisfaction, an offer suggestions, an respon urgently an appropriately to guest concerns an requests.
• Assist in set-up of linen, china, glass, silver, an accent pieces for each function accoring to the banquet event orer. Breakown, clean an set-up of tables, buffets, an foo stations.
  What you bring
• At least 2 years of high-volume banquet serving experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Excellent personal presentation an interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management skills: ability to multi-task, set priorities, an ajust to changing conitions. Willing to work in a fast-pace environment.
• Ability to operate all computer equipment necessary to perform the job; knowlege of Opera an Micros POS preferre/is a plus.
