Sirocco Mediterranean Restaurant is seeking Bussers / Food Runners to join our team in Dania Beach, FL (Dania Pointe Shops). We are looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Busser/Food runnbers. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for our guests by assisting with various tasks in the dining and bar areas. The ideal candidates should have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean and organized dining area Assist servers and bartenders by refilling water glasses, delivering food and drinks, and responding to guest requests Assist with stocking and replenishing supplies in the dining room and bar area Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and bar areas, including cleaning glassware and utensils Assist with setting up and breaking down dining and bar areas before and after service Collaborate with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Busser, Barback, or in a similar role is preferred but not required Ability to work well in a team and under pressure Strong communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and ability to multitask Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Hourly wage + plus tips
