Brief Summary of Responsibilities Reporting to beach/F&B manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Welcome guests to the beach and consistently offer professional, friendly, engaging service Ensure guests are aware of all services available on the beach Responsible for restocking items and supplies Suggestive sell and upgrade sales Delivery food and drink items quickly and efficiently Create and provide a personalized, memorable experience with guests Oversee the general cleanliness and upkeep of the beach area Follow company policies and procedures Other duties as assigned About the skills required: Minimum 1 year experience in F&B service Highly responsible and reliable Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Outgoing and energetic demeanor Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team Enjoy dealing with the public Great verbal communication skills Must be at least 18 years of age to serve alcohol Physical aspects of position: Frequent walking and standing throughout shift Comfortable working in outdoor weather conditions
