Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables and service stations. Assist with banquet setups and catering events as needed. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly. Maintain knowledge of food safety guidelines and proper food handling techniques. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service delivery. Uphold high standards of hospitality in all interactions with guests. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, particularly in fine dining or catering environments. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations is a plus.
