In this role, you will be responsible for crafting delicious ice cream and ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality products. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with fellow team members to create delightful experiences for our guests. If you have a love for food preparation and customer service, this position is perfect for you! Duties Prepare and produce various flavors of ice cream according to established recipes and quality standards. Operate ice cream machines and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients. Assist with inventory management, including tracking supplies and placing orders as needed.

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a friendly, energetic Ice Cream Scooper to join our team! You’ll be the face of Jazzberry Scoops—scooping up joy, chatting with customers, and keeping the shop sparkling and smooth-running.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service Scoop ice cream and prepare sundaes, shakes, and other treats with care and creativity Operate POS system and handle cash/card transactions accurately Maintain a clean and organized work area (including restocking, wiping counters, and dishwashing) Follow food safety and hygiene procedures Work as part of a team to ensure a fun and efficient environment Wear designated uniform and maintain a presentable appearance Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with their selections and ensuring satisfaction.

D Handle cash transactions accurately using Aloha POS or similar systems. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Experience Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant or grocery store is preferred. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is essential. Experience with cash handling and retail math is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
