In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in a fast-paced dining environment. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring that each dining experience is memorable. A passion for hospitality and a commitment to excellence are essential for success in this position. Responsibilities Retrieve check from order taker, set table and pick up order from the kitchen or bar. When picking up, be certain that order is complete, i.e., all food, beverages, alcoholic beverages, and all condiments. Carry trays up to 30lbs or push wheeled carts to deliver room service. Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff using the POS system. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while adhering to food handling safety standards. Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests, ensuring their needs are met. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction. Experience Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food handling safety practices is a plus. Experience using POS systems Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service and hospitality.
